To establish your account online and to allow us to provide you with our Membership application, account disclosures, and agreements in an electronic format ("eDisclosures"), your consent is required.

After the account opening and the Membership process is completed, you will have the opportunity to elect to receive account statements ("eStatements") and other notices electronically by following specific instructions on how to do so located at https://santaana.ns3web.org/ within our Home Banking website.
If you would rather not submit your Membership application online or do not want to receive your eDisclosures in electronic format, you should exit this area of our website and apply for Membership in person or by mail. An invitation to become a Members, which can be used apply by mail, is located on our website under "Join" or "About Us/Membership".
I hereby apply for Membership at Santa Ana Federal Credit Union (SAFCU) with this application and certify that I qualify for Membership based on the eligibility requirements. I further understand that to continue my Membership at SAFCU, I must maintain a SAFCU deposit account. I authorize you to gather whatever credit, checking account and employment information you consider appropriate from time to time. I understand that this will assist you in determining my initial and ongoing eligibility for an account. I authorize you to give information concerning your experience with me to others.
System Requirements to Access the Information
To receive disclosures electronically, you must use a computer that meets minimum hardware and software requirements:
- You must have a personal computer (or other device), which is capable of accessing the Internet.
- You must have an Internet Connection or access to an Internet Service Provider.
- You must have a compatible Internet Web browser.

You may obtain a paper copy of the eDisclosures, withdraw your consent to receive the eDisclosures in electronic format, or change your email address on file with us by contacting us at safcu@safcu.org or by calling us at (800) 541-2546.
