Pursuant to the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce ("ESIGN") Act, we must obtain your consent prior to delivering legal disclosures to you in an electronic format. To apply for a loan with us online and to allow us to provide you with our loan application, account disclosures, and agreements in an electronic format ("eDisclosures"), your consent is required.

After the loan application process is completed, you will have the opportunity to elect to receive account statements ("eStatements") and other notices electronically by following specific instructions on how to do so located at https://santaana.nssecurebanking.org/login within our Home Banking website.
If you would rather not submit your loan application online or do not want to receive your eDisclosures in electronic format, you should exit this area of our website and apply for your loan in person, via telephone or by mail. A paper-based loan application is available in the branch.

To receive disclosures electronically, you must use a computer that meets minimum hardware and software requirements:
